This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance if there is an issue with product availability, payment pricing, or other circumstances affecting the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances where this is reasonably necessary, including suspected fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing or product information, or product unavailability.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the Philippines. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Orders are generally packed within the same business day and dispatched on the following business day. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products are generally not eligible for return or refund.
